About the Founder - Gregg Warnick
Gregg is a highly-respected and sought after leadership development trainer, consultant and executive coach. He has authored/co-authored 20+ publications on leadership, global competence and ethics. He provides leadership, global competence and project management training to fortune 500 companies and academic institutions throughout the world. He is passionate about leading/facilitating change and helping others develop and BOOST their capabilities.
He is now the Founder and Chief Learning Officer (CLO) for BOOST Leadership Group, a leadership development and project management training company. Through his own work and also in connection with Strategy Execution and Duke Corporate Education his expertise is to provide engaging and interactive leadership, strategic execution and project management training and lead multi-day learning sessions with people of diverse backgrounds and cultures throughout the world.
Gregg previously worked as the inaugural Director of the Weidman Center for Global leadership and Associate Teaching Professor of Engineering Leadership within the Ira A. Fulton College of Engineering at Brigham Young University (BYU). He provided oversight for leadership development and international activities among 4,400 students, faculty and staff, to promote and develop increased capabilities in global agility and leadership. Gregg also previously worked for Becton Dickinson, a Global Medical Technology Fortune 500 company in various leadership and engineering positions including managing worldwide projects/programs and led business operations. He also led an organizational redesign to a team-based culture significantly improving employee morale, productivity and commitment to the company.
Gregg is passionate about helping others develop global competence and has experience in 35+ countries across Europe, Asia, Africa, South America, and North America. He has also lived in numerous locations within the USA and Europe.
Gregg is currently Chair of the Engineering Leadership Development Division (LEAD) which includes 1200+ educators across 400+ institutions within the American Society for Engineering Education (ASEE)
